Under The FTC name, we develop custom plans for residential and light commercial projects. Currently, we are only offering design services for our construction projects. We are not currently offering design services for a fee.

We develop your plans and specifications.  Then we build or remodel your project.  What could be easier?   From design to finished project… you only have one company to deal with.
