Cotton Construction / The FTC, LLC.
Cotton Construction is legally The FTC, LLC. dba Cotton Construction.  The FTC was started in 2006 by Ted Cotton (Franklin T Cotton, II).  Initially, the main focus was drawing house plans, but that soon grew into design/build.  The Cotton Construction name was adopted in 2008 to better reflect the construction side of the business.  Construction documents (plans and specifications) are still prepared under The FTC name.
